Welcome to DoBuy Box! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (dobuybox.com) and the services we provide. By accessing or using our website, building a custom box, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General & Business Model

• DoBuy Box provides a curated ordering platform that allows customers in Sri Lanka to build custom boxes by selecting individual items across various product categories.

• Items added to your box are subject to availability.

• Orders are finalized upon full upfront payment, after which your custom box is packed and prepared for international shipment.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion due to stock limits, weight constraints, or service restrictions.

2. Products, Custom Boxes & Pricing

• All individual product prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

• Shipping and courier fees are calculated separately based on the total weight and dimensions of your assembled custom box.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual packaging may vary slightly based on local UAE supplier updates.

• We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing and catalog details, but we reserve the right to correct minor typographical or system errors.

3. Ordering & Online Payment

• By placing an order, you confirm that all personal and delivery details provided are accurate and complete.

• Payment must be made in full at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards and online bank transfers processed through encrypted payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Custom Box Delivery

• Estimated delivery times range between 7–12 business days from dispatch.

• We are not liable for unexpected delays caused by customs clearance, international transport carriers, or adverse weather conditions.

• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address in Sri Lanka.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the box has been delivered to your specified address.

5. Returns, Damaged Items & Refunds

• Non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

• Perishable confections (such as chocolates and dates) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must report it within 48 hours with photo proof for a refund or replacement credit.

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Return courier costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and password.

• You agree to provide accurate account details and maintain valid contact information.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our website or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Provide false checkout, delivery, or identity details

• Attempt to bypass site security, weight restrictions, or system functionalities

• Interfere with the operational performance or servers of dobuybox.com

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoBuy Box shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site, order delays, or products purchased.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of dobuybox.com following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
